We use it to review and respond to your request, as steps requested before any possible contract. Limited server logs support operation and security under our legitimate interests. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website database and available to authorised administrators. They are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Protected backups may retain a deleted record until their rotation period ends. No automated enquiry email or marketing tracker is used.
